Draft of Torrey Pines State Reserve Trails Management Plan (2005)
The draft plan was prepared by California State Parks staff and Docent Rick Vogel. It is designed to guide Reserve managers, staff, and volunteers who build, maintain, or repair trails within the Reserve. The plan seeks to balance protection of fragile natural resources with the desire for public access and recreation.
